Release & Flow is a personalized 90-minute session that combines health coaching, therapeutic bodywork, and whole-person care to help you unload stress, explore patterns that may be affecting how you feel, and create more ease in your body and daily life.

Smooth, rhythmic massage strokes melt away muscular tension while Reiki rebalances the body’s subtle energy systems. The result is a calming, rejuvenating experience that dissolves stress, restores flow, and leaves you feeling centered, light, and renewed. 

A Japanese energy-healing practice that promotes balance and relaxation. Clients remain fully clothed while gentle hand placements help restore energy flow, reduce stress, ease pain, and support overall well-being. 

A gentle, rhythmic massage technique that stimulates the natural flow of the lymphatic system to reduce fluid retention (edema), improve immune response, and promote detoxification. MLD is deeply relaxing and ideal for clients with chronic swelling, post-operative needs, or immune dysfunction.

Note: 90-minute minimum due to the slow, precise pace of this technique.

Targeting restrictions in fascia, this service combines principles of Rossiter Stretching and Thai massage to improve mobility, reduce chronic pain, and calm the nervous system through intentional movement. 

Initial session is 75 minutes, and follow-up sessions are 60-minutes.

A specialized technique where a therapist uses gloved fingers to release tension in the jaw muscles from inside the mouth. It helps relieve TMJ pain, headaches, teeth grinding, stress, and related issues. Sessions also target surrounding muscles in the face, neck, and scalp to improve mobility, reduce pain, and ease tension. Some temporary soreness may occur as muscles adjust.
