Welcome! I’m Karma Raad, a licensed massage therapist with over 25 years of experience, dedicated to helping clients achieve pain relief, recovery, and overall well-being. Through my practice, Your Healthy Karma, PLLC, I offer personalized massage therapy and holistic health coaching to the Seattle Eastside & Northshore communities.

As a certified Integrated Nutrition Health Coach, I take a holistic approach to wellness, emphasizing the connection between body, nutrition, and lifestyle. My background includes a Master’s degree in Health Policy and Management from New York University, along with extensive experience in healthcare management, clinical research, and medical consulting—all of which enhance my ability to support your health journey.
