Hello, I’m Karma Raad, a highly experienced licensed massage therapist with over 25 years in the industry, proudly serving the Seattle Eastside community through my practice, Your Healthy Karma, PLLC. My passion lies in guiding clients toward recovery, pain relief, and overall well-being with personalized massage therapy sessions and holistic health coaching.

In addition to being a dedicated massage therapist, I am a certified Integrated Nutrition Health Coach. My holistic approach to wellness goes beyond traditional practices, focusing on the balance between nutrition, lifestyle, and self-care. Integrated Nutrition means not only paying attention to what fuels your body but also nurturing the other essential areas of your life.

I hold a Master’s degree in Health Policy and Management from New York University, adding depth to my understanding of health and wellness. My diverse professional background spans healthcare management, clinical research, medical practice administration, cancer research, and health systems consulting, culminating in valuable insights that I bring into every session.

I take pride in having advanced training in a variety of specialized techniques, including sports injury treatment, deep tissue therapy, structural relief, pain management, and myofascial release. Each session is tailored to empower you with lasting relief and rejuvenation.

Outside of my practice, I love living in the beautiful city of Bothell with my family. You’ll often find us RV camping, kayaking, or exploring the natural wonders of the Pacific Northwest. These activities ground me and inspire the compassionate, balanced approach I bring to my clients.
