Schedule: Part-Time (3–4 days per week, up to 20 hours)

At Your Healthy Karma, we are passionate about whole-person wellness and customized care. Our practice is built on the belief that there’s no one-size-fits-all approach to massage therapy. Every session begins with thoughtful client intake and ends with actionable self-care recommendations. We stay up to date on the latest techniques and invite therapists with advanced modalities and specialties to bring their skills to our table.

We’re seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) with at least 1 year of hands-on experience who can work 3–4 days per week (up to 20 hours). If you’re committed to high-quality care, self-directed learning, and working in a respectful, supportive environment—we’d love to meet you.

• $45+/hour for all hands-on time
• 1 week of paid time off, accrued after 60 days
• Continuing education reimbursement
• You set your schedule:  2-3 weekdays expected, weekend days available 
• A respectful, collaborative, and supportive work environment

• Provide individualized massage therapy using evidence-informed techniques
• Maintain professional boundaries and clear communication
• Collaborate with clients to develop wellness goals
• Perform intake and document sessions according to standards
• Educate clients on realistic outcomes and self-care strategies

• Active Washington State massage therapy license in good standing (no complaints or disciplinary actions)
• Minimum 1 year or 1,000 hours of hands-on massage experience (post-licensure)
• Current professional liability insurance
• Strong communication and client care skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Commitment to therapeutic, personalized, and professional massage service

Preferred Modalities (Not Required): Bring something new to the table!

• Lymphatic drainage
• Prenatal massage
• Myofascial release
• Sports massage
• Medical/treatment massage techniques

• Credentialing with major health insurance providers (or willingness to become credentialed)
• Experience in private practice or integrative wellness settings
