Your Healthy Karma is a small, mission-driven medical and therapeutic massage practice. We specialize in treatment-focused bodywork, injury recovery, chronic pain management, and restorative deep tissue—never rushed and never high-volume.

We are not a corporate chain and never will be. Our environment is calm, ethical, compassionate, and client-centered. Our therapists work with a loyal referral-based community and collaborate with local physicians, chiropractors, and naturopathic providers.

With growing demand—and an upcoming 8+ week medical leave for the owner in early 2026—we’re adding an experienced LMT who can step into a full schedule with autonomy, support, and a healthy work-life balance.

This role is ideal for LMTs who:

• Already work elsewhere but want extra, flexible hours
• Prefer a peaceful, low-pressure setting
• Want steady, predictable income
• Need a schedule that fits around family, kids, or caregiving
• Enjoy medical massage and results-driven therapeutic work

• $40–$45/hr hands-on (DOE)
• $20/hr paid charting/admin time
• Tips accepted
• Paid time off

• Flexible scheduling: 1–2 weeknights + 1 weekend day (Sat or Sun)
• ~10 sessions/week with room to grow
• Additional 10–15 sessions/week available Feb–Apr 2026 during medical leave
• Full administrative support (supplies, scheduling, billing, insurance verification, laundry)
• No sales quotas, memberships, or upselling

• Provide customized, therapeutic 60-minute sessions
• Deliver treatment-based massage using clinical reasoning
• Maintain accurate, clear SOAP notes
• Collaborate with clients and other healthcare providers when appropriate

• Active Washington State LMT license in good standing
• 3–5 years of experience minimum (10+ years preferred)
• Strong foundation or interest in treatment-based work+
• Excellent communication and rapport-building skills
• Reliable, ethical, and self-directed
• Professional liability insurance

We currently provide a range of therapeutic and clinical modalities. Candidates who are comfortable offering any of the following will integrate seamlessly into our existing service menu:

• Treatment-based and medical massage
• Myofascial release
• Deep tissue (patient, therapeutic pressure)
• Sports massage
• Lymphatic drainage
• Prenatal massage
• Reiki
• Rossiter stretching

We also welcome candidates who bring complementary specialties such as craniosacral therapy, cupping, Shiatsu, Trauma Touch, or visceral manipulation (VM), though these are not required.

• Credentialing with major insurance providers, or willingness to become credentialed
• Experience in private practice or integrative healthcare settings
• Confidence working with injury recovery, chronic pain, and postural dysfunction
