Every session begins with thoughtful client intake and ends with actionable self-care recommendations. We are a small boutique practice in the Woodinville Warehouse District with two treatment rooms, open 7 days a week. We are currently operating at capacity and maintain an active client waitlist, creating an immediate opportunity for the right therapist.If you're committed to providing personalized care, developing lasting client relationships, and working in a respectful, supportive environment—we’d love to meet you.

• Paid working interview
• W-2 employment
• Self-defined, flexible schedule - you decide which days and times you’re available to work

Ramp-up phase (typically first 2-3 months): 

• Guaranteed pay of $35/hour for all scheduled shifts regardless of booking volume
• Tips
• 3-month retention bonus

Established phase: Once trained, integrated into clinic systems, credentialed with insurance payers (if applicable), and consistently managing an independent schedule:

• $45/hour hands-on time
• $22/hour administrative/charting time
• Tips
• 6-month and 12-month rate reviews
• Commission-based earnings (50–60%) available for approved specialty services (optional)

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate enjoys therapeutic, outcome-focused massage, values autonomy, and takes pride in building long-term client relationships. 

• Provide individualized massage therapy using therapeutic and evidence-informed techniques 
• Maintain professional boundaries and clear communication
• Collaborate with clients to develop wellness goals and build rapport and loyal clientele
• Perform intake and document sessions according to standards
• Manage check-out and rescheduling process at end of sessions

Requirements

• Active Washington State massage therapy license in good standing 
• Current professional liability insurance
• Strong communication and client care skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Commitment to therapeutic, personalized, and professional massage services
