Introducing Move Well Memberships
Making massage accessible for seniors 65 and older
Regular massage can make a meaningful difference in managing everyday pain, stiffness, stress and changes in mobility. The Move Well Membership helps older adults make therapeutic massage part of a consistent wellness routine—with straightforward monthly pricing and thoughtful benefits for members and their families.
Restore 60 — $100 per month
Includes one customized 60-minute massage each month to help maintain comfort, mobility and overall well-being.
Thrive 90 — $140 per month
Includes one customized 90-minute massage each month, with additional time for unhurried positioning, deep relaxation and focused care across multiple areas of concern.

Membership details
Move Well Memberships are available to adults age 65 and older. Membership begins with a three-month commitment and continues month to month afterward. Your membership fee is automatically charged each month.
Move Well is a self-pay wellness program. Membership fees cannot be billed to insurance or applied toward insurance copays, coinsurance, or deductibles.
Membership sessions must be used within the applicable monthly billing cycle. Unused sessions do not roll over unless Your Healthy Karma approves an exception in writing. Our standard appointment cancellation policy applies to all membership sessions.
After the initial three-month commitment, members may cancel by emailing contactus@yourhealthykarma.com and specifying their requested final membership month. Cancellation takes effect at the end of that month’s billing cycle.
Limited pilot enrollment
Move Well is currently being offered as a limited pilot program. Members receive priority access to available appointments, but specific appointment times and monthly availability cannot be guaranteed. Recurring appointments are strongly encouraged.
