Pregnancy/Prenatal Massage (2 hours)

Prenatal massage uses customized Swedish techniques tailored for expecting mothers. Special care ensures safe, comfortable positioning. It helps reduce stress, muscle fatigue, and tension, while promoting circulation to benefit both mom and baby. Book now
Medical & Sports massage
Lymphatic Drainage Massage (90 min)
$165
A very gentle, rhythmic massage that mimics the natural flow of the lymphatic system to promote lymph circulation and reduce retained fluid in the tissues (edema). LDM is deeply relaxing, using very slow, light and specific pressure along lymphatic pathways. Good for anyone who suffers from chronic edema (accumulation of fluid), pre/post operative, and weak immunity.
Due to the slow pace of this style of massage, 90 minutes is the only offered duration.
Injury treatment (includes L&I, Auto/PIP)
$35 per 15 min
Specialized therapies to target areas, improving pain-free range of motion, boosting circulation, managing pain, and relaxing muscles. Techniques may include stroking, compression, and percussion. Can be billed to Washington Labor & Industries (L&I) with a valid prescription from the treating physician.
Sports massage

Sports massage is designed for athletes to improve range of motion, boost circulation, reduce pain, and relax muscles. These targeted therapies help enhance performance and speed up recovery and address sports-related injuries.

Baby bundle packages offer savings on massage for expecting moms who need relief from the physical and emotional stress of pregnancy. Every session is scheduled for 2 hours to provide a full 90-minute massage while allowing extra time for mom to get ready and for careful positioning. Sessions can be used throughout pregnancy and up to 6 weeks after delivery (postpartum).

Hot Stones

Hot stones can be added to any massage service to boost the benefits with thermal therapy. Smooth, flat, basalt stones (river rocks) are heated to a comfortable temperature and placed on areas of the body over a towel or sheet or in the therapists hands with massage strokes. The goal of hot stone massage is to warm an area to allow for deeper massage, especially to areas that are tight.

L&I Billing
I can bill L&I for services IF you have an approved L&I case and written orders from your physician for massage therapy. After the first 6 visits or one month, authorization for additional services will be required.

If you've been injured in an auto accident in Washington State, your Personal Injury Protection (PIP) insurance may cover massage therapy as part of your treatment plan. At Your Healthy Karma, we help you utilize your PIP benefits to support your recovery.
